I can`t login with username admin and password admin because i change username and password admin, now i forgot password and username. I used reset button but it can`t be use.so i want another solution of TP Link TL WR740N Router reset factory default and to reboot.

If you reset it and admin/admin does not work then you might lookup to see if that is the proper default username/password.
If that is correct and you did properly reset it and it still does not work then your router is completely locked up and bricked, will have to replace router.
