I am buying a GTX 970 right now. So I am looking for some suggestions in this regard.

Here are my options (India):

1. MSI GTX 970 4GD5T OC ($397)
2. Asus Strix GTX 970 DC2OC ($424.2)
3. MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G ($450)
4. GIGABYTE GV-N970WF3OC-4GD GeForce GTX 970 ($454.5)
5. GIGABYTE GV-N970G1 GAMING-4GD GeForce GTX 970 ($488.6)

Now talking about worth, should I really spend more for these or should I just buy the first one?

EDIT- This one is also available at $439.3. GIGABYTE GV-N970WF3OC-4GD GeForce GTX 970

Go with the gaming 4 G edition. I have it myself with running at 1.5GHz core and 8GHz on memory (+140/+450). The card uses a Custom PCB as well: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127832

It's is the cheapest in this segment. So can't it be a stock card with a custom cooler? That's what I am worried about. Evn if it is doubtful, I can go with the Gaming edition.
