I recently finished building my computer, and I'm getting decent fps at high graphics (200 in league, 40 in runescape). My point of concern is when I look in HWMonitor, my CPU temperatures go up to 60C, while my GPU sits between 50-60C, with the fans not even on since they turn on at 60. I also notice that under utilization it's only being used at around 50% max.
So my concern is if it's that's normal that my CPU is working harder than my GPU, and if there's some kind of setting to change to make it pump out more frames or work harder.
