Hello, i have set up my port forwarding for ports 27015, 27016, 27017, but it says, that they are still closed, i don't know what should i do or what iam doing wrong...
I bound them to my internal ip (of the server) and using page yougetsignal.com to find out if they are open through my public ip.
Please help ASAP! :)

Do you have the following set up:
Modem>>Router>>Server
or
Modem/Router>>Server ?

Keep in mind that in order to test Ports you need to have a Service waiting or listening to the port, if you dont have a Service behind the ports then its gonna show that the ports are closed.
1.Make sure your server IP is static
2.Enabled the service you want
3.Asign a Port for the service
4.Fordware the port on the Router to the Server and the Modem to the router(if your using scenario 1).
5.Try checking for the open port one a online portchecker website.

Let me know if that solve your problems.

Hello,
A port is closed if the application that's using that port isn't launched and using it...
If I'm not mistaken, ports 270XX are used by Stream. Launch it and ports will then be opened.

OK,
so i've got new modem/router today its Zyxel VMG1312-B30B.... Before i had Huawei hg622u, which could setup port forwarding but couldn't apply it...
This one should be able to handle it ok...
But i have no idea how should i set it up...
BTW: Yes my IP is static.
Modem/router -> switch -> server.
Using other port than 270XX didn't help, app was running while checking port...
TY, i was out for week, sorry...
