Hello there, I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 a few days after launch. I had some problems and did a clean install of W10 so I can not downgrade to W7 anymore. Just a few days ago my motherboard booted up for the last time and I had to replace it, and then my Windows 10 got deactivated because my electronic signature changed.
I tried to download W7 from Microsoft but since I only got a OEM key I can't do that.
So now to my questions.
Can I somehow activate my Windows 10 without paying the 135€ they want from me to do so?
and if I can not do that, can I downgrade to Windows 7 again with only my key. My friend and Microsoft help center said to contact the store where I got my computer and ask them fro the install disc for Windows 7. My friend also suggested to maybe try a pirated version of Windows 7 home premium and activate it with my key, is that something that can work if I can not get a hold of the install disc. I can't afford any of the two OS's I could barely afford the motherboard.
