Overclocking CPU AMD FX6300

I have recently bought a new CPU cooler (arctic freezer 7 pro rev.2) and i wish to overclock my AMD FX6300 from 3.5GHZ to 3.9-4.0 My motherboard (Asusm5a78l-m/usb3) uses an American Megatrends BIOS, and I dont understand the ratios displayed in my BIOS.

Thanks, just tested it with Intelburntest whilst monitoring clocks and temperatures with hwinfo. Working a treat and didn't exceed 60 degrees C!

Just set Vcore to 1.4, Ratio to 20.0X (4GHZ) and disabled Turbo.
