EVGA PSU 650W or 750W which do I go for?

I'm about to purchase an upgrade for my PSU, and I'm picking between a higher Wattage or simply go full modular with not a significant upgrade in wattage.

Here are the two PSU's:

EVGA 650W

EVGA 750W

I'm unsure because they're basically the same price. I'd like to hear from someone ASAP if possible. Thanks guys.

Actually, quick update, the price just went down to 84.99 as of right now.

My full system specs are in my signature.

Right now, I'm OC'd at 4.5. I was thinking of grabbing a 980ti soon. Or If I have the budget, but, even that feels a bit overkill. So I think I'll stick with this 650. Thanks everyone.

Yeah, even at 4.5 on my 8320 and with a GTX 970, I'm pulling <400W from the outlet with both maxed out at ~80% efficiency.

If you go for the 980ti, it's then time to upgrade the CPU/Mobo and so the neverending upgrade cycle goes...

Yeah. that's why I like not having any money. Hahaha. But now that I do have some expendable funds, I might need to end it at a gtx 970 upgrade. And lock it there for the next year and a half. Even though I still think a GTX 970 is still a waste.

My Mobo should be okay, it's AMD's 2nd best board. CPU, Should be okay with a 980TI.

I just purchased a Noctua NH-D15, So, I'll probably target a 4.8-5.0 OC on this guy.
