I don't know if this is a good question or not but here it goes anyway
I am planning to build my 1st gaming rig and I really don't have and good solid back ground in building a rig. I have been researching about which is which and ask a couple of friends on which i should go for and these 3 cpu/apu are my top picks by the way i am on a tight budget roughly $200-$300

for the a10 7650K & a8 7600 and a decent mother board and a 4-8gb ram and a 1tb hdd the case that i will use already has a 500w psu built in to be exact Powerlogic V6 500w (cheapest case w/ psu available in our area)

for the fx 6300 my friend suggested i just get the gtx 750 for the gpu and that's it they just suggested that I get a decent mother board and the 4-8gb ram

The games I usually play are Dota 2, LOL, Dragon Nest, NBA, CSGO, SMITE and would like to try play GTAV & Devil May Cry if possible

any suggested build or suggestions would really help me a lot and by the way sorry for long post
Thanks in Advance!

I don't think getting a dedicated GPU is a viable choice with only $300 for a budget. With this build you can still get decent performance stock, and overclock it to get more. I put in a PSU, I don't know the Powerlogic brand but I suspect it is not one you want to use in a new computer.

Bro sorry did not mean to do the arrow down i was looking for the reply botton. Sorry bro. Bro was just wondering if i really need the aftermarket fan i wont do overclocking anyway. I am bit scared to overclock because I might destroy my whole cpu if i try it and thanks for the input bro.

Unless you buy used parts, this is the best your going to get.

The stock cooler is sufficient but the EVO cooler is better and runs more quiet. You might not be interested in overclocking now but you might be in the future as you learn more about your computer. CPU's nowadays have built-in safety so your PC will throttle down or shut down before it gets too hot, but usually it will not even boot when the settings are set too high. So it is pretty safe to overclock your CPU.

thanks for the input again bro! btw i just decided to add a little on my budget because after carefully reading some reviews on amd and intel and again asking my friends input which is better they said that i should just go with intel i5 4460 and just adjust my budget to more or less a $500-600 budget i can already build a decent gaming computer and here are the parts that I might end up building. and i am still open to other options and processors after much consideration

Intel
Processor - Intel Core i5 4460
Motherboard - MSI H81M-P33
RAM -GSKILL RIPJAWS 8GB (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL)
HDD- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Video Card - Radeon R9 380 2Gb or R7 370 4gb

AMD
Processor - AMD A10-7850K
CPU Cooler- Cooler Master Blizzard T2 CPU Cooler
Motherboard - MSI A78M-E45 Motherboard FM2+
RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 4GB 2x4gb DDR3 2133 CL10
HDD- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB

which would be better ?

The intel would be faster of course, but that motherboard most likely will not boot the 4460 without a BIOS update. Get a H97 based motherboard or get a haswell i5, not a haswell refresh (only h97 or z97 motherboard can boot haswell refresh such as the 4460 out of the box). This would be an i5 4430 or 4440.

Also the R9 380 is faster than the 370, the extra vram of the 370 doesn't change this.

Bro what do you mean hashwell refresh thought there is only 1 type of i5 4460. And bro what would you recomend sorry did not get the last part about the 4430 and 4440 sorry really had a hard time processing and bro thanks for the input for the gpu. Thanks alot really appreciate your help.

There are several series of intel CPU's, in the 4th generation there is 'haswell' and there is the newer 'haswell refresh'. While both use the same socket, the haswell refresh CPU's do not work on all motherboards out of the box, only on the newer ones with a H97 or Z97 chipset.
Older CPU series named haswell work on all chipset of the B81/B85 series.

The i5 4430 and 4440 are 'haswell' series CPU, which work on all B81/B85 motherboards.

The i5 4460 is a 'haswell refresh' series CPU, which do not work on B81/B85 motherboards out of the box. The motherboards require a BIOS update first. So they will not boot with a haswell refresh CPU unless the BIOS is updated. The problem is how do you update the BIOS if you cannot start the computer to update it, since it will not boot with a haswell refresh CPU?
