Mobo: ASrock 970 Extreme 4.
CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0 Ghz
GPU: Sapphire HD 7950 3GB 384 bit
Ram: 8 gb Hyperx Blu 1600 mhz
HDD: 1 TB
CPU COOLER: Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo

Monitor : BenQ Gaming RTS RL2455HM 24 inch 1 ms GTG

I have issues in games . What kind of issues ? Low FPS for few seconds (5-10 seconds) . For example in Counter-Strike Global Offensive : From 4.0 Ghz dropped to 1.3-1.5 . Someone told me the mobo throttling the CPU. Any suggestions pliz ?

PSU : Segotep RP650 .. idk if the problem is the PSU .. i think the mobo make troubles..

The CPU its not Overclocked.. is on default settings. 4.0 Ghz but its throttling ...

When i buyed the PC .. in first 3-4 months i had no problems.

H/w Monitor : http://i.imgur.com/M4PYRl8.png .. opened programs just what can be see in screenshot. I dont know if the monitorizing is in real time or not .. but if you need guys i can make a photo in bios , at settings.

Can you recommend me an software for malware ?

2: I had a problem few months ago .. and capacitor has been burned. An expert changed him, all things works perfect. But now i have again problems. I think the CPU burning mobo ... im not very sure ...

1)No is not overclocked .
2)PSU : Segotep 650 W .
