Should i upgrade from an i7 4770K (OC) to a 6700K?

Nope, you will still only gain about 10-15% in performance, perhaps not even that. Your 4770 should still last you a good couple of years. Upgrading is not worth it, especially if your consider the cost for ram, cpu and hk. The price/performance ratio would be bad, to put it mildly.

Im in a similar dilemma. I have both cpus and mother boards to match but I dont know which system to keep and which one to sell. Would I be saving more money selling the 6700k and keeping the 4770k for another couple of years?
