If you don't have any Windows disks, contact the laptop vendor so they can send you a restore disk set. If the system is out of warranty they will likely charge you for it. You can also see if anyone you know has a Windows 7 OEM disk to use and you can activate it with the key that should be on a label on the computer.
If you formatted your drive you already lost the files so no need to worry about that now.
