Win10:
I built this computer (see links below) and the stock fan had gone out so I replaced it with an after market one from amazon cleaned my CPU and heat sink (had to remove to install fan) with 90% rubbing alcohol, put on thermal compound Diamond 7, and spread evenly across heat sink and reinstalled onto CPU, Bios is reading 65 C at idle but AMD AOD reads different, I have included a screenshot and links to my hardware setup.
Below is an image of my readings during idle:
Not really sure if its overheating it will just shut down and not let me turn it back on for about a minute.
My Build Can be found Here: (Including Replacement Fan)

I thought it might be a heat sink issue, the stock might not be able to keep up? So I ordered an Cooler Master Hyper T4 I am not really sure if its compatible, I seem to have the clearance but after some research I have seem people going with the Cool Master Hyper 212 Evo, should I return my order and get this one instead if this seems to be the problem?
