Overclocking my APU help?

I assume this is an OEM system. So no, on two levels. The CPU is not unlocked making things tricky, and OEM systems seldom support overclocking. If you upgrade your PSU you might be able to swap out for an Athlon X4 760K and GTX 750 Ti but you would have to look at the specs to see if you can do that. Without the exact system name I can't know for sure.
