This build would suit only for everyday usage with some light gaming. Games will mostly be played in medium settings and also in 1080P. Also im on a budget, so if you could help me there that would be awesome. THANKS

You need an aftermarket cooler for overclocking Fx-6300.
With the budget of fx6300+970mobo+cooler, you can get a i5 [non-k] cpu+mobo.
Change your PSU, that's not a good one.

GTX 750Ti is fairly good for medium settings. If possible get new GTX 950.
