I would like to get some advice from all pro please

Current Build
mobo: B85-G43 gaming (Just upgrade from H55M UD2H few days ago)
CPU: I5 4460 (Just upgrade from I3 540 few days ago)
GPU: GT 430
PSU: ge-p450p-c2
Chassis: Corsair 300R
RAM: Hyper Fury X 4GBx2 @ 1600Mhz
Daily usage
Play games like Tera, Payday 2, Dota 2 Reborn. In future i might need to do a lot of AutoCAD, modeling as I am a Civil Engineer student now.

Question
1. Does my PSU support GTX 970?
2. Does my MOBO support 1866mhz ram speed?
3. How long can this build last for me? (If i upgrade to gtx 970)

Solution
1.) Gigatybe isn't known for having the highest quality PSU and yours is no exception. It would be best to replace it, but the GTX 970 doesn't demand a lot of power. With the new GPU your power draw will easily be under 400w which is still in "range" for your PSU. You would be OK, but again... replace that when you have an opportunity with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 unit.

2.). No. B85 is limited to DDR3-1600. You wouldn't see an improvement at DDR3-1866 that would justify the cost anyway.

3.) You will be sporting a Haswell Refresh i5 with a GTX 970... This will be a very capable machine at 1080...
