Hey everyone. im new here. I just made an account because im having some issues with the witcher 3 wild hunt. So i play on ultra setting 1080p (hair works off). And i get a pretty constant 60 fps. However sometimes it just randomly dips down to 5-30 fps. Sometimes it goes back up to 60 but sometimes i have to reboot the game or my computer. also when my fps drops my cpu usage also drops from 50-80% to 20-45%. Please help. it makes the game quite unplayable and i cant return it because i bought it on g2a 
PC SPECS
-intel i5 4460 (stock cooler)
-msi b85m-e45
-geforce gtx 970 asus strix
-Seagate 1tb 7200 rpm
-EVGA 500 w psu
PS: Its not the cpu temps they have never gone past 60degrees C.
