I have installed a radeon r7 250 onto my lenovo h330 and now have no signal to the monitor even plugged into original vga port

If your card has external power is it plugged in? Did you make sure the power supply is good enough to run the card? Did you read the instructions about steps needed to install it? Some want you to disable onboard video in Windows first. If you are testing the onboard video with the card installed, most systems disable the onboard video when they detect an add-on video card, remove the 250 if you want to use onboard video.
