Replace mother board

I have an MS-6577 V4.1 motherboard hp pavilion a a624x. I want to change to a DG31GL. That way I install it without deleting any function.

Good chance you'll have to do a clean install. And if the copy of windows is OEM(came with the system) its tied to the old board and will be up to Microsoft if they allow you to use it on another motherboard, so you may need to buy a new OS license.
