I tried to change my modules to 4x2 ddr3 1333 gskill sniper and 8gb installed (2.71gb usable) too. I thought my first modules was the problem. I really need your help guys.

Go with WildCard999's suggestion. You will never be able to use a full 4gb on a 32-bit desktop version of Windows. Best-case scenario is 3.7gb and as boju said, your graphics card will eat even a chunk of that. You need 64-bit Windows... there's no good reason not to switch these days if you don't have some ancient software that requires a 16-bit environment. (64-bit Windows supports both 64 and 32-bit apps. 32-bit Windows supports 32-bit and 16-bit apps.)
