What is the best 750w power supply?

I want to know the best there is that's not over $200. I understand the power supply is the most important part of the pc etc etc, so we don't have to go over that.

Best one? I've heard the Corsair RM series is not very good at all, but I do like the fact that it is efficient and quiet.

I've a corsair cx 750 and a major mistake on my part was not getting the modular version, it's like spaghetti junction trying to tidy cables up with cable ties. save yourself hassle and get a modular PSU.
