CPU Bottlenecking? If so, what should I upgrade to?

    CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K
    GFX: Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X - 4GB
    RAM: 8GB Ballistix
    PSU: 600W Corsair CX600

I'm pretty sure my CPU is bottle necking my Graphics Card. I'm still ignorant when it comes to computer hardware, so please show me some love.

I upgraded from a Sapphire Radeon R7 260X and 430W Corsair CX430. I occasionally play CS:GO, but cannot because after playing for a bit my system will crash. The screen suddenly shows a tore blue screen. I'm thinking it's a BSoD, but the screen is tore for some reason and I can't read anything.

After I rebooted my computer, I checked my system temp with Speccy and my CPU temp rises when I run CS:GO, but will do the same thing as I said before. I can play league of legends with no problems. However, the CPU temp still rises. When at rest my CPU temp = 50°~58° C. When running LoL it rises to 68°~76° C.

I've cleaned my case multiple times, but still to no avail as everything stays as it was.

Since I'm still a noob, I thought it would be better for me to ask for help from some more experience peeps. Just in-case I'm oblivious to another potential problem. If there is no other problem and it is my CPU, what should I upgrade to? All help appreciated.

Solution
There is not really anything you can do but save for a new motherboard and cpu.

The only upgrade you an get in your motherboard platform is an 860k and that will be marginal. Even then you will still be at less then a core i3 or fx-6300 which are both middle-of-the-road cpus.

In regards to your temps you need to get an aftermarket cooler.

Also, sorry to say but your upgraded PSU is not that good. The CX series PSUs use inferior capacitors that fail over time. Now granted your 270x is not pushing it too hard, but it will eventually fail out. A good 550w unit from seasonic or xfx on the other hand would support even a gtx-970 for years with no issues.
