What ram should i put in my build?

if using a i5 or i7 non "K" chip stick with 1600 - if its a unlocked "K" chip go as high as needed as the board supports ???

RAM speeds makes little to no difference in like 99% tasks.

I would say nothing less then 1600 and like your board supports up to 3200 -- if the price is right say 1600 is $90 and you can get there 1866 for the same best go with the 1866 for example

also I think to stick with 1.35 or 1.5 v sticks [opinion]

what price range are you looking at?
