What oc should i do for Cpu

I have an AMD 6120. Its alright, but the performance is not where I would like it to be. Whenever I overclock by as little as 100 mhz it does not work. I want to Amp it from 3.5-3.6 ghz to 4.5 GHz. I have Asus most recent UEFI bios. Any help is appreciated.

Build:
M5A99x Evo R2.0
Amd FX-6120
Amd Radeon 7770
1Tb WD HDD
10gb of ram (Don't Ask)
Cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo
PSU: Dynex 520 watt. (ik its bad)

what it is core its voltage at? also that power supply could be the issue, if it cannot supply clean power to the motherboard, the motherboard will be unable to stay stable.

Attempting to overclock anything with a poor quality psu is a very bad idea. At best it will limit any overclock potential and at worst it will crape out and fry itself and something else.

Hey there I used to have the amd 6100 I used to be able to get around 4.4 ghz no prob with a 212 evo heatsink fan. Your issue is the Dynet power supply there junk you need to get around 600 to 650 watts a good name brand power supply seasonic evga rosewil antec something a whole world better then the dynex then you be able to OC a lot more given your chip because all chips are not equal.. Hope this helps..
