I have also 2 R9 280x gpu's The second GPU I have a the power cable with the 6+2. But I need one more that is 6 to a 8pin PCIE to plug into the PSU. Though I have a Molex that is a 6pin to two molex split. How do I do this?? I really hope someone understands what I'm saying.

If your PSU doesn't have the necessary 6+2 pin connectors for the cards you are using, it is a sign that it was never intended to handle that kind of load. The TR2 is a low quality PSU. I would not try to use 2 x cards of that class. Btw, did you mean R9-390X? I didn't think the 380X is out yet.
