HELP me please my laptop CPU usage is 100%

My laptop CPU usage is 100%, does anyone know how can I fix that. It's old laptop, I think 5 years. I recently reinstalled my windows. In last couple of days it's really slow. CPU temp is mid 80s and GPU temp is in min 80s :-(

What antivirus are you running. I was using AVG and had the same problem. I then upgraded to windows ten and made sure not to install AVG and it is fine. Before upgrading, i checked the settings and found that it had set itself to constantly scan for updates and viruses, therefore using most of my bandwidth and cpu power
