Can't switch from Intel HD 4600 to AMD Radeon R9 M265x, any ideas? (Win 10)

So, I recently updated to Windows 10, and love it... Aside from the fact that when I right click on my desktop, I no longer get options to designate which graphics card I want to use on a specific application. I'd prefer to stay on Win 10, but I'm stumped.

My computer is a Toshiba Satellite P55t-B which came with both graphics installed. I recently bought it and have been in love with being able to play numerous games using the AMD, but now that I've upgraded to Windows 10, the new games seem to want to keep using the Intel HD rather than my AMD.

Is there a way I can set my R9 as my primary graphics card? I've searched through BIOS and see no sign of how to change/disable the Intel.

If any more information is needed, I'll be happy to oblige however I can!

Solution
The only way to get switchable graphics is to install the drivers from Toshiba.
I tried their site but it was temporarily down
Download all of the Win10 drivers for your laptop and install them.
Windows 10 installs drivers from the hardware manufacturer or windows drivers. So to get the switching graphics you have to get the drivers from Toshiba or revert to your old OS.

Hey there! Have you solved your problem? Because I'm having the exact same problem with the exact same GPU's on my Toshiba. Also realized it once i upgraded to win 10.
