Hi,
newbie here. I had to register coz Ive ran out of options.
I have an i5 2500 with 8gb of ram and running a gigabyte radeon hd 6850 and just purchased a Acer CB280HK 4k monitor.
I have a couple of issues.
when I set it to the highest 4k resolution, my welcome screen (windows 7) resizes to what it appears to me a native resolution that my screen can take 2560 x 1600 but when I log into my profile all is good.
the second issue is I can't seem to adjust the refresh rate to 60hz without going 1080p. i tried to at least match the gpu's max resolution but the best i get is 30hz. The acer 4k monitor can go up to 4k@ 60hz.
any suggestions?
