how to create a private network for sharing my home wifi with my friends

hi friends . i am using a cable broadband connection and i have a router too for wifi connection . now my question is that how i can create a private network conncetion to share my internet connection with my friends living far away from my home . can i do so by using vpn or proxy server . my friends use android smartphones . what if i use my ip configuration in there phones ? is it possible . please help me guys ????????????????

I suspect the answer is no.

If you mean you have a internet connection and you want your friends who live far away and do not have their own internet to be able to use it then the answer is no.

They would need some kind of internet connection. VPN does not magically create a connection out of nothing. Everyone could get super faster internet if all you needed to do was load magic software on their pc and not have to have some connection coming into your house.

VPN is more used if you had a server in your house and you need to allow other people to access this server in a secure method. It overlays a private network over a public network like the internet.
