This is my budget gaming rig for 1080p, which I consider the best bang for the buck specs. Also i don't want to overclock so.

CPU :Intel Core i5-4590
GPU: Palit Jeat Stream Gtx 970
Mobo: ECS H87H3-M
RAM: Hyperx 8gb (2x4gb)
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX600)
Monitor: Asus VX239H 23" LED

thats the main composition of my rig, question is there gonna be bottle necking in my setup? Can my motherboard can keep up with my cpu and gpu? Can i max out the latest games? Please help. Thanks.

That setup should work well, cpu and gpu are well matched for good 1080p gaming results. A couple suggestions, unless you know for sure the motherboard has been updated to a newer bios version I would skip it and choose an h97 motherboard designed for the cpu. Otherwise you could have a cpu incompatibility problem and may need an older cpu to install in order to flash the bios and update it. Support for the 4590 started with bios update 5/8/2014, the original bios was from 1/30/2013 and there have been 3-4 bios updates between that and the one needed to support the 4590.

Not sure where you live (region) or availability of parts and prices but would suggest a better psu if you can. There may be better quality units for the same price...

Great! Thanks for that insight about the mobo synphul. May i ask what seems to be the problem with the PSU that i posted, the reason i pick that psu is that its the cheapest and the quickest to get here in my country (Philippines). If i stick with it maybe ill be fine right?

It may be the cheapest but usually the corsair builder series is pretty low end. They sell low cost units by using lower quality parts like capacitors which is important because it powers the whole system. It's better than nothing if it's your only choice, but the cx/cxm series are considered a tier4 which isn't good even for a non overclocked system. The cx600m supposedly uses slightly better capacitors than the reference design for the cx600 which is the model you mentioned. The cx600.

I don't know where you're buying it from or at what price, I found the cx600 from pcworx.ph for P-3390. Pcx.com.ph has the seasonic s12-ii 620w for P-3600. That's what I was referring to, the price difference isn't much and the seasonic is a tier2 power supply. Much higher quality parts used and a more reliable power supply.
