So I've had this problem with one of my 8gb corsair card when it got defective. As for my other one I tried making it work and it seemed to work. This all started when I got new corsair vengeances (2x8).
I tried inserting them in the slots but the MemOK light came on. Note that when the other card was defective, the light also came on as well. I tried holding the button for 3 seconds. After one second the computer rebooted itself. It was stable after another 2 seconds but the MemOK light came on and flashing faster every 5 seconds or so.
Motherboard = ASUS Z97-A
RAM = Corsair Vengence 8x2 16gb
