Hello.
When I use browser, the PC may suddenly freeze the mouse. Disk stops working, Wi-Fi lamp is blinking. If there was some sound playing, it's little piece (maybe 0,5 second) is being played in a loop. Ctrl-Alt-Del doesn't work. However, Fn+F6/F7/F8 (turn on/off screen/touchpad/sound) works. Fn+F6 effect is visible, other are seen after reboot. And Wi-Fi touch button too. The only way to reboot is to power it off using the button.
At first it was only in videos (Flash and HTML5). However, it can also happen, if I'm listening to music online. And pages with JavaScript are dangerous too. Even video upload page on Youku. Firefox and Chrome. I haven't tested IE.

Now I will describe my notes:
1) I have Acer Aspire 6930G.
2) My ATI card has broken, so I'm using Nvidia GT9600M. But it was a long time ago.
3) The battery is dead, so I don't use it.
4) If I turn off the laptop, then unplug it from the electricity, plug in, then turn on again, Windows won't start Wi-Fi module. I have to press the Wi-Fi button. If I turn PC off, then turn on again without unplugging, Wi-Fi is OK.
5) Linux doesn't have the (4) problem.
6) The laptop subwoofer makes noise, when it plays loud sounds. So I set it to 30%.
7) System time stops, as the message of unexpected turning off is set to the time, when the screen froze, even if I wait to 10 minutes before turning the PC off.
8) For the first time, before the error, there were messages of Windows Indexer, that it can't update some cache of file of Firefox cache, as "the device isn't available".
9) However, when I turned Index off, the problem didn't disappear.
10) It seems, that another profile of the PC may be OK, however I'm not 100% sure.
11) I've updated video, Wi-Fi, sound drivers, Java, Flash, .Net, installed all OS updates. Nothing has helped.
12) Virus check found nothing.
13) Chkdsk found nothing.
14) Windows file scanner said some files are corrupted.
15) I suppose, it can be harddrive problem (maybe, HDD driver), internal Windows problem (because of it's files), Wi-Fi problem.
But Linux is OK, and other net apps even on Windows are OK.

Can you help me? Maybe some device or driver events logging, or something else.

Solution
First thing I'd do is a clean setup of Windows, then install all the drivers. Backup your files and any setting you want to note like favorites/bookmarks. Some of the things make it sound like the hard drive may have bad sectors, but overall that system sounds pretty beat up, I'd replace it before spending money to try fixing it.
