I would just double check that the Xeon CPU is compatible with the motherboard. The socket is the same, but the product specs for the motherboard state the following:
CPU Type
Celeron
Core i7
Core i3
Core i5
Pentium

The Xeons are server CPUs, so I don't know if it'll work on a ATX motherboard. Why not a Core i5/i7? Might be cheaper too. I think it's a solid build other than that.

Well I picked the Xeon because a guy recommend it when I used to have a 4590 i5 and it seemed a lot better than it , then I compared it to the 4690 and it surprising seemed better than that too , idk any i7 though so any suggestions ?
Also Xeon was better because had better fps and is better than the i5 at editing also the 4690 only beats it when it over clocked and then ima need a x/z mother board and then probably a better CPU cooler but if u know any i7 that would be good :)

Just because something is better. Does not mean it makes financial sense. What budget are you working with?

Well shipping to Ireland is A LOT of money so hopefully the same price as the Xeon / 4690

I am using Xeon since over a year or so. It is a very good gaming cpu without overclocking ability and no integrated graphics unit. The price is like i5 processor, but with hyper threading like i7. Many people recommend and use this as an alternative to i5 and i7 and they get (like me) good gaming and video editing platforms.
