I had the EVGA Supernova Nex 750W G1 and it stopped working 1 week ago... I want to buy a new 750w or 850w. I was thinking about buying the Seasonic X 850W but they dont have the KM3 model in my country, only the KM... Also they dont have the EVGA Supernova G2...

CASE: Corsair obsidian 750D
MOBO: Asus Maximus VII Formula
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU:
MSI GTX980 GAMING
RAM: 2x8GB G.Skill Sniper 1866mhz
SSD: SAMSUNG 840evo
250GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
PSU: EVGA SUPERNOVA NEX 750G1
Extra fans 2x noctua nf-a14

I'm really dissapointed by the psu, didnt even close 8 months... and corsair h100i failed too at about the same time, but that's another problem i'll solve later.

I'm posting my system specs, just so u know my wattage, i planning to sli in the future so i guess 750watt will be enough, or should i go for 850w for more comfort zone?

I bought all my systems hardware from a website, hardwareversand.de ... WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT EVER. I recommend everyone never buy from that website.

They have a warranty/returns base in Germany, with typically a 1 week turn-around (from them receiving it to you having it back). Not sure what warranty the original G1's had - the G2's are 10 years, IIRC.

I'ts bronze thought :/

that maybe so , but still cant hurt to see how evga stands behind there products as claimed - if its under full warrantee ?? still don't mean you have to send it in and if they took care of it now you got 2 new psu's to use if another one fails as a backup or sell the replacement they sent back to you to help cover the better new psu you just bought ??? heck they may cover shipping ??

I would at least inquire on it if nothing else . why not ??

Your Answer:

Hi Panagiotis,

I am sorry to hear this. Please contact us back with the serial number of the power supply and we can assist with an RMA. If you have not done so also register the power supply here.

Regards,
EVGA

Just checked my email. Anyone knows if i can RMA it directly to the company without having to send it back to the German site i bought it?
