CPU Cooler FAILURE. Help me replace my damaged h100i with something better if possible?!

My h100i corsair cpu cooler stopped working... Yes it is! Another corsair h100i (assuming pump) failure.

I want to get a new, better if possible, but MORE RELIABLE CPU COOLER!

Note: I Can't get the swiftech h240 in my country.

Any help is deeply appreciated!

CASE: Corsair obsidian 750D
MOBO: Asus Maximus VII Formula
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: MSI GTX980 GAMING
RAM: 2x8GB G.Skill Sniper 1866mhz
SSD: SAMSUNG 840evo
250GB HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
PSU: EVGA SUPERNOVA NEX 750G1

Select from http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html unless you are an extreme overclocker and absolutely must have liquid cooling. Remember too, that 1) air coolers are quiet, 2) a failed air cooler is obvious, and may only require a fan replacement, and 3) no air cooler has ever taken a leak in someone's case.
If you need better, look for a 140mm Noctua or Phanteks.

I can see you point, but are you also implying that there isn't much reliability in closed loop aio's in the market? Because if quality and reliability is cool, why would i have to worry about leaks in a clossed loop aio ?

No, I don't know how reliable/unreliable they are; when a pump fails though, there is little or no external sign, whereas a failed fan is pretty obvious.

Phanteks and Noctua both make excellent coolers. I don't know model numbers off the top of my head. They'll likely be in the $60-$85 price range, if that helps.

Fan with radiator...you mean liquid? That I am not sure.
For air, something like a Noctua NH-U14S or Phanteks PH-TC14PE (which comes in various colors)

I'm guessing he means best single fan air cooler. I'm not sure why you would specify single fan, but the cooler that is basically the standard for top notch air cooler is the Noctua NH-D15, which has two 140mm fans. I am pretty sure it fits your motherboard and case, but you should always double check noctua's compatibility page before you buy. (I have one sitting in a box right behind me because I didn't check closely enough, lol).
