Want better graphic card than onboard/intergrated from motherboard

If I put a gtx750ti graphic card into my dell inspiron 3847 (660), should it work or do I have to adjust BIOS or anything else? I am using motherboard integrated for gaming and it is slow or freezes

Yes, it should work. You probably don't need to do anything with the bios: Just add the card, plug in your monitor to it, and power up. The 750ti will give you much better performance than integrated graphics.

GREAT Thank you very much for your advice and assistance with this. I even learned how to take the cover off my machine. I think that makes me a geek now right?/ Anyhow I appreciate the assist
