so I was curious, I am planning on building a blue based build and I was looking at after market CPU coolers and I was wondering if I can replace a existing fan off of the CPU cooler with a regular case fan of the same size?
yes many of the after market coolers allow a dual fan (one on either side) set up. Though they usually only ship with one fan and/or you might have to buy the extra connection piece separately. This one for example http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099
Yes you can. Why not switch it out with something like a Coolermaster Sickleflow with blue leds? Looks sexy! there is a ton of blue fan options this is my favourite http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103060

LOL I was looking at that cooler a few minutes ago
Exactly , it just looks cooler and balanced , but thermally no improvement.
yep plus the two blue LED fans I already have wouldn't look good in the case I plan on getting, so it gives me a place to put them without looking to bad
