AMD 8350 + CM Hyper 212 EVO temps?

I have one more doubt about my PC i might be paranoid but not sure.
Stock cooler was way to loud, somehow i managed to withstand horrible noise for 24h, if i didn't upgrade it for another day i would be mad now (3-4k rpm at idle speed) it was nightmare.

So i got this beautiful CM Hyper 212 EVO and somehow i am not convinced, people getting better results (lower temps). It is dead silent cooler, working just fine.
Problem is when play some games, for example GTAV that i played just recently (for about 2 hours) and took some screenshots HWiNFO64 http://prntscr.com/8byo7r Is this ok for this CPU? Cooler fan was a bit loud...

Well it is summer night, my guess about 28 C room temperature.
Also when using only browser (Youtube) CPU temps are 38-43 C. When idle 34-36.

This should be just fine for this CPU with this cooler?

So it is pretty close, i am not happy about that fact because it was only GTAV. What if there is more demanding game (probably there is) and push it over the edge...
