asus b85m-g r2.0 question about bio updating

having a brainfart....... updating bios as im building a new computer for the parents....which file should i download?...im 99% sure its just the latest one as the other updates down below should be included in this correct?

whiling on the subject, anything else i should update on the mother board before installing the O.S?

you just need the 2103 bios...unzip it and put it on a usb stick and let the mb built in bios updater update the bios for you. then go in and save the default settings and reboot...go back in and all you need to do is set the ram to xmp profile in the ai section of the bios and under the sata ports make sure there set to achi mode. then in boot tab set the bios to boot from the usb or cd rom to install windows.
