Hi guys, I was looking into charts and review's on this site last few days and came up with this gaming configuration to be my next one, i would really appreciate any opinions since it's been long 5 years from my last system build. Thank you :)

- Asus Maximus VII Hero
- Intel Core i5-4690
- Samsung 850 EVO Series SSD - 250GB
- Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB 3,5" SATA 6 Gb/s ST1000DM003
- 8GB Corsair Vengeance Low Profile Kit CL9 (DDR3-1600)
- MSI GTX 970 Gaming - 4G, GeForce GTX 970, 4GB DDR5
- be quiet! Dark Rock Advanced C1
- Thermaltake Hamburg 530W 80 Plus
- Thermaltake Urban S31

1. I wouldn't get such an expensive motherboard.
2. That cpu cannot overclock. Get the 4690k if you wish to do so.
3. If you don't want to overclock, get an i5 4460, 4590, or Xeon e3-1231v3 instead of that 4690.
4. That psu is terrible.




What is your budget? Are you in the US?

1. Ok , any suggestion for the MBO? Asus or MSI if possible...
2. Didn't plan to overclock that's why i went for no ''K'' version
3. Again suggestion for psu :)

Budget is around 1200 euros + / - need to get a monitor as well. Im in EU in Germany.

1. Pretty much any H97 motherboard. I'd probably get the cheapest. All of them are good.
2. i5 4460 or 4590 unless you want an i7 in which case I recommend the Xeon mentioned above.
3. Anything by Seasonic, XFX, Antec, Super Flower, Rosewill Capstone, or EVGA's B2, G2, or GS series in the 550-650w range.

Thanks for your help, sorry for the late answer , I ended up investing a little bit more cash and built the following:

- Fractal Design R4 Black Pearl
