Weird texture artifacts while playing mad MAx

So while playing Mad Max im getting what appears to be white dots in shadows and some textures. Can someone explain to me while this is happening.

System
GTX 980ti
i5-3570K
16G corsair Ram
1TB HD

It's a driver issue then. Wait for new Nvidia drivers or roll back to the previous drivers and try although the previous drivers may not have a profile for Mad Max.
