You can fit a decent size card with a small modification, follow my small form tut i am still working on here. http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2814230/put-decent-graphics-card-small-form-computer-upgarde-psu-guide.html I am using a 7770 in my HP 6000 SFF pro.
And if you don't wanna modify, you could always go with a Low profile, GT 730, GT 630.
