My issues is persistent within games. Almost all of my games have some sort of frame rate issue, and it is really beginning to bug me. The system is a reasonable build and it should be able to handle most of these games with ease.
My System Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660ti OC 2GB
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
PSU: 600W (dont know the name)
The issues are persistent within League of Legends, ESO (Elder Scrolls Online), etc...
Basically what happens is that I get frame rate drops when I am within a city or in an intense situation, such as a major fight. However, looking at my monitoring software I see that there is absolutely nothing maxing out and the temperatures are staying in the normal ranges. The frame rate sometimes drops to 40 fps or even 25 fps in some areas. I would understand this kind of issue being visible in ESO, but within League of Legends it seems a little odd.
If you need any more information I would be happy to provide it.
A couple of questions...
1) Could it be the CPU bottle necking the GPU?
2) Could the system simply be outdated?
3) Is there enough power to sustain the system under load?
