So I've got a system built in a HAF 922. The front and top 200 mm fans are just too bloody loud. I'm looking for suggestions for a good, QUIET 120 mm fan...top can take 2, front can only take 1, preferably in the $15 or less (each) range, altho I'll certainly listen to reasons to buy a pricier one.

Newegg has this:

And, I definitely DON'T want lights of any kind. Not my style. :) The system, BTW, is not a high-heat producer...3rd gen i3 (I think), stock Intel cooler, no graphics card.

TIA

Noiseblocker eLoop series. Extreme quiet and good airflow for it.

I have both two times. There are stronger variants too, but they aren't quiet anymore. The PWM variant is a little behind against these above linked one. Search for reviews in the web. Excellent and expensive stuff.

Edit: Btw, if you buy any of these, then you should change your cpu cooler too. The stock cooler from intel is loud. And if you don't overclock, then depending on your case the above linked 800 rpm based eLoop B12-1 should be enough (just a wild guess).
