Hello Toms! Thanks in advance for any help :)

I managed to lose the CPU clamp on my z97 board. It's silly, and I can't properly explain how this thing went missing, but it did (perhaps alcohol was involved?). My question:

Could any socket 1150 motherboard offer a suitable replacement part? All I need is the metal clamp / lever piece with the screws - I might even have the screws... But I digress, the position of the screws in images of various motherboards looks very, very similar, if not the same. I was hoping someone could help confirm this?

Update: I got my mitts on an 1155 socket motherboard and the metal CPU clamp actually has printed on it: 115X. While this doesn't prove they are all interchangeable, it certainly gives me more hope. Once I am able to test this out, I will update the thread, but any input in the mean time would certainly be appreciated.

The clamp lines up but the screws aren't quite right. I bought some nuts and longer screws, also nylon washers. Hoping to get this thing going. I also managed to catch one of the pins in the socket, you can see it is slightly out of alignment... I put it back as best I could but who knows if it'll be good anymore.
