Considering the fact that you are from canada, i changed the pcpartpicker thing to CND and the 4590 build goes over your price point by around $50,

also, I think the 4690k build would do you a bit better, because it is a slightly better cpu, that you can OC, and the 390 should see a performance boost with directx 12 if you are using windows 10, hopefully making it slightly more on par with the 980.

The choice is still up to you though

hmm, just wondering if getting the 980 i will see a much larger fps increase and overall performance, i know im dropping the 4690k which is a great overclocker, but would an overclocked 4690k and a 390 beat the performance of the 980 and 4590
