Please help GTX 980 BSOD, GAME FREEZE

I bought a Asus Nvidia GTX 980 but after I installed it the games (Shadow of Mordor, Cod Advanced Warfare, Batman Arkham Knight) have been freezing or resulting in BSOD.

Here is my rig:
OS Win 7 64 bit
MB Asus Maximus VII
Processor I7-4790k
RAM 12 GB
SSD: Sasmung Evo 250 GB

Not very computer savvy,

Please HELP

do you monitor temps? if not then install hwinfo:

http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php

run it sensors only, leave it in the background play a game for a while then post back with max temps

for the cpu and gpu



power supply make and model? ( you will need to open the case and look inside if you dont already know)

the psu should have a sticker with the information.

The power supply is a corsair tx750. I've done a clean install of windows, with only the games and the graphics drivers. I've even flashed the bios and upgraded it but the game now just freezes. I'll try the memtest and the hwinfo once I get home and report back
