I'm building a computer for my brother for when he goes to uni. I've got a problem where the computer boots up for 5 seconds and then turns off. It then tries to boot up again for 5 seconds and turns off, repeating this cycle continuously. I've stripped it down to the CPU, motherboard and PSU and no change.
CPU is Intel i7 4790k, cooler is Corsair H55 liquid cooler, motherboard is Gigabyte Z97P-D3, PSU is Corsair RM 1000.
Any input would be greatly appreciate!!
