Hello,

I'm looking for a all genres gaming mouse. I play MOBA, MMO, FPS, RPG, RTS, TBS you name it.
Have a pretty big hand 19.5 cm from wrist to tip of middle finger, sort of claw grip.

Am new to gaming mice - i have a Genius x-500 for 2 years now but i think i should find better.

At a local store there is an offer for Cougar 500M (33EUR) and Coungar 550M (44EUR). Haven't seen many opinions on these but they look pretty good in the specs.

There is also a Steelseries Kana V2 at about 34EUR.

What's your opinion on what i should pick and why?

Update: I'm putting out the specifications; Kana is no longer at a discount and is close to 550M's price. Cougar 600M is an option too - 47 EUR.

Solution

Yes, higher malfunction speed, more FPS, lower LOD, more CPI steps, and overall better scaling while still having acceptable Variance.

3988 isnt getting used that often because it is more expenisve and uses a different casing than 3090 and 3310.

Is the SDNS-3988 sensor better than ADNS-3090? Or why is 550M a better option (looks aside)?
I see very many people praising the later, but i see the first in more expensive mice.

Thank you.
