Hi, I recently got a completely new laptop without any operating systems and now I'm trying to install Windows 7 Professional 64-bit on this laptop. First I had a problem where the system doesn't even see the USB where the installation files are, so I changed the boot mode from UEFI to Legacy and then it recognized the USB, and eventually got the installation procedure, where it asks for language and location preferences. But then when it asked for on which partition to install Windows on, none of the partition could be used for the operating system installation, showing this message: "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is of the GPT partition style." I know that UEFI is out of the question, as I can't go anywhere from there, and with Legacy option I don't know how to change the disk style to NTFS. I also formatted one of the partitions, but it's still GPT partition style. What should I do?

Solution
May need to use the command prompt under Repair on USB Win7 install. Using the diskpart command, try converting existing partitions to MBR.
