Hi!
My laptop running Windows 8.1 was running smoothly until a month ago. Now whenever I get pass through the sign in screen at start up a cmd prompt window opens for few milliseconds. It opens and close so fast that I am unable to read anything .
After the cmd prompt window started popping I also noticed that few of my keyboards keys like SIX key ( both num pad and other key ) does not work.
Is this a malware ? If yes how can I remove it ?
Please help !
